Fine through the Mediterranean
Today
Some rain spreads in across western England during the day but a dry day in the London area. Much of France will be dry and warm with sunny spells, just the odd light shower in the south in the afternoon. A nice day to come across Belgium, Holland and Germany with sunny spells. Just the odd shower across Denmark today otherwise fine. Some showers and rain will affect Norway and Sweden today, nothing too heavy. Lots of dry weather to come across Finland. Cooler weather is expected across Russia today but expect lots of heavy showers and these will also affect the Baltic States, Belarus and eastern parts of Poland. Western Poland under high pressure looks fine and dry as does Romania, the former Yugoslavia, Bulgaria and all of Turkey. Very warm across south east Europe today. Just a few afternoon showers develop across eastern Spain but for much of Spain and Portugal it should be sunny and warm. Across Italy too plenty of warm sunshine will be found.

Some rain and showers across Britain today. Across Belgium, Holland, Denmark and Germany it looks to be a fine day with plenty of warm sunshine. Just a few sharp showers today across the French Alps otherwise dry and sunny here. Across Germany into Poland, Hungary and the Ukraine, it will be a fine day with lots of sunshine. High pressure maintains in the east so it looks to stay dry with lots of very warm sunshine across Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Turkey and across the former Yugoslavia. A number of heavy showers will affect the Alpine Region with sunny weather across Italy. Fine, sunny and hot today across Portugal and Spain and across into the Balearics. Cooler for Norway and Sweden with a number of heavy showers but dry across Finland with unbroken sunshine.
