Showery for central Mediterranean
Today
Some rain to come across eastern parts of England today with the west fair and dry. Windy across Belgium, The Netherlands and Denmark with outbreaks of rain and this will be heavy extending across Germany, Austria into Romania. Lots of fine weather across Norway, Sweden and Finland with sunny spells. Dry too across Russia abut chilly. Lots of sunshine to come across the Ukraine. Plenty of showers to come across the Balkans today but a dry, warm day for Greece and Turkey with sunny spells and just the odd shower for Turkey. Plenty of showers will affect Italy today but to the west across Portugal, Spain and the Balearics it's warm and sunny. Look for some heavy showers for eastern France with the west dry and sunnier.

A mainly dry day to come across England today. Rain clears Holland this morning with heavy rain across Denmark, Germany into Poland, The Baltic States Russia and Belarus. A day of sunshine and showers to come across The Ukraine. A better day across Romania today with sunny spells. High pressure will keep it fine and settled across Scandinavia with lots of sunshine after a frosty start. Just a few showers again today across eastern parts of France with the sunnier weather rain the west. A few scattered showers will fall across the former Yugoslavia but a dry day for Greece, Bulgaria and Turkey. Northern Italy is likely to see some heavy showers again today with the south dry and sunnier. Lots of sunshine again across Portugal, Spain and the Balearics.
