Fine Mediterranean, lots of sunshine
Wednesday
A fair day to come across Spain and Portugal today. There will be good spells of sunshine and it is going to be dry too. More fine weather through France with lots of sunshine here. The sunshine extends through the Low Countries and into Germany where high pressure brings dry weather. A few showers over eastern Poland, but for Hungary the day is likely to be dry with good sunny spells through the day. More sunshine over Switzerland and Austria.
A few showers breaking out over the north of Italy, some of them heavy at times. These showers extending southwards through Italy during the day. An unsettled day in Greece with more heavy showers to come here and these affecting western parts of Turkey, whilst the east should be dry with sunny spells. Variable cloud for Bulgaria and Romania.
High pressure over Scandinavia brings strong winds through Finland and the Baltic States. It should stay fine through Sweden with more sunshine here. fair weather in Denmark too and more sunshine to come across Norway.
Thursday
Some cloud and a few showers in western parts of Portugal and the northwest of Spain today. There will be some cloud and showery rain over northwest France too, although the rest of the country is going to be fine with lots of sunshine. There will be some cloud and patchy rain in the Low Countries, with Germany being dry and bright with lots of sunshine. More sunshine to come over Poland and Germany with fair weather through Austria, Hungary and Switzerland, although mornign fog may be slow to clear here.
Italy will have some showers forming again, some of them heavy in the north. For Greece there could be an od shower, but generally the day is going to be fair. Some showers in northern Turkey, but the south should be dry with sunshine. Showers across Bulagria and Romania, some of them heavy at times.
Over the Baltic States there will be dry weather and some good spells of sunshine. This extends through Finland bringing more fair weather here. The high pressure brings lots of aumtumn sunshine across Sweden and Norway and well as Denmark where it is going to be remaining dry.
