Spells of rain across Europe, dry, cold across Scandinavia
Today
Outbreaks of rain are forecast across the British Isles today with another area of lighter rain will lie from Belgium across Holland into northern parts of Germany into Poland. A mostly dry day across France with sunny spells and cloud. Dry and fine too across southern parts of Germany. Cold but mainly dry and sunny across Norway and Sweden though a few snow showers will affect western coasts of Norway. Cloudy with some sleet and rain across Finland with light rain expected across Russia. Fair and dry today across the Baltic States with a few showers across Belarus and northern parts of the Ukraine. A dry day with sunny spells across Hungary, Switzerland, Austria and a across the former Yugoslavia, Bulgaria, Greece and Turkey expect lots of sunshine. Sunny and rather warm across Portugal in Spain and the Balearics. Fine and mostly sunny as well across all of Italy.

A windy and colder day across the United Kingdom with showers. Wet across France, Germany into Poland and across into Belarus and Russia with heavy spells of rain though dry in the far south of France. Snow showers are forecast for western parts of Norway. The rest Scandinavia looks dry and sunny but more cloud across Denmark. Morning rain clears Belgium and Holland with a few showers then for the afternoon. Cold but dry and sunny for the Baltic States. Another fine, sunny and pleasantly warm day to come across Portugal into Spain and the Balearics. Lots of sunshine too across Italy across the Adriatic into the former Yugoslavia, Greece, Turkey, Bulgaria into Romania and Hungry. Fair and dry across the Ukraine today with variable cloud. Dry as well across the Alpine Region.
