Today
Most of England, Belgium and the Netherlands should be dry today but quite chilly. While the south of France will be dry, the rest of the country looks cloudy with light rain and this stretches across Germany though across the south of Germany and over the Alps expect snow. Very cold but dry across Norway today while outbreaks of snow are forecast across Sweden and Finland. Heavy rain is forecast for The Baltic States, Poland into Hungry and across the former Yugoslavia. Just a few snow flurries across Russia today and dry for Belarus, the Ukraine into Romania, Bulgaria, Greece and Turkey. Unsettled across Italy with occasional showers. Dry across Portugal and Spain with sunny spells but chilly. Expect a few showers around the Balearics today.

Apart from a few coastal showers, expect a generally cloudy, chilly but dry day across England, Belgium and Holland. An area of heavy snow is forecast across Denmark into southern Sweden into the Baltic States today with a cold but dry day to come across Finland. Rain is expected across Germany but clears western areas in the afternoon and it moves into Poland. Heavier rain is expected Belarus into Russia and the Ukraine. More snow to come across the Alps today with snow flurries across Hungary. Further outbreaks of rain are expected across the former Yugoslavia today with lots of showers, some heavy across Italy, Greece and Romania. It stays dry across Turkey today. Outbreaks of rain are expected to spread into Portugal today while it stays dry across Spain and across the Balearics.
