Snow across Italy

Boxing Day
The bitter cold continues across eastern Europe and Scandinavia today. Further snow will affect Sweden today and snow extends up into Norway, all of Russia, Poland the Baltic States, Hungary and into the former Yugoslavia. This snow will be heavy. Dry today across England and dry as well with sunny spells across France and the Low Countries with a few snow showers expected across Denmark. Lots of sunshine today across Portugal, Spain and the Balearics while outbreaks of rain, sleet and snow fall across Italy with rain expected across Greece. Continued dry across Turkey and Romania today with some sleet across Bulgaria. Just a few wintry showers to come across the Alps and northern Germany with southern Germany fair and dry but cold. Bitterly cold but dry and sunny weather will prevail across Norway.

Monday
It becomes windier with rain into western parts of England today. Some rain too gets into Portugal but a dry day with sunny spells for Spain and across into France. A lot of cloud today across Belgium, Holland and Denmark but a dry day. Just some light snow is expected across eastern parts of Germany and western areas of Poland but fine across eastern Poland into Belarus. Another dry day across Norway with more snow into Sweden across into the Baltic States, Russia and Finland. Cold but continued dry across Norway. Another area of snow is expected across the former Yugoslavia, Bulgaria and Romania. Wet with rain across Greece but mainly dry across Turkey today. Dry across northern Italy but some rain and snow will affect the south. A dry but cold day across Hungry and the Ukraine.
