Turning dry across The Balkans
Today
Mainly dry across England today. Dry as well across France with good spells of sunshine. Cold with a risk of a few snow showers across Belgium and Holland but mainly dry inland. A few rain showers for Denmark today with an area of heavy snow expected to spread in across Norway. Cold but dry across Sweden with a cloud, cloudy but dry day across Finland. Some light snow is expected across northern parts of Germany with a dry, cold day in the south with sunny spells. An area of heavier snow will extend from Poland across into the Baltic States, Belarus into western Russia and into Hungry. Mainly dry today across the Ukraine and Romania while some snow will fall across the former Yugoslavia and Bulgaria. Some heavy showers to come across Greece with rain across Turkey. Southern Italy looks cloud and cold with sleety rain but fair and dry in the south. Some rain moves into Portugal while Spain can expect a dry, mostly sunny day.
Tuesday
Outbreaks of rain spread in across western parts of England through the day, dry in the east. For France, Belgium and Holland it remains fair and dry. Some snow across Denmark and this turns heavy across Sweden, The Baltic States into eastern Ukraine. Lots of cold but dry weather to come across Germany, The Alps across Hungry, the former Yugoslavia, Greece, Romania, The Ukraine and Bulgaria. Just one or two isolated showers across Italy today and feeling cold. More rain expected across Portugal today, perhaps into the far west of Spain. Much of Spain will be dry and dry across the Balearics as well. More unsettled today across Turkey with showers but some sunshine as well.
