Turning more unsettled in the central and eastern Mediterranean over the next few days
Wednesday
Sunny spells and dry for Spain and Portugal today. It is going to be remaining dry with more sunshine across most of France, especially in central areas, although windier weather affecting the far south. Staying fair through the Low Countries and across Germany too. There will be more sunshine here, and this affects much of Poland too. Hungary, Austria and Switzerland will be dry with sunny spells.
Fair weather for much of central and northern Italy. Lots of sunshine here, although some mist patches in rural areas at first. Greece should be fair with sunny spells and it is going to be remaining fine across Turkey. Bulgaria and Romania should be fair with sunny spells, although some fog patches here early on.
To the north there will be snow showers for the baltic States and scattered snow showers across Finland. Fair for Sweden where it will be dry with sunny spells. More sunshine for Denmark, although cloud and rain increases over the west of Sweden.
Thursday
Cloud and showery rain affecting the far northwest of Spain today. For most of the country the day is going to be dry and sunny. A fair day with good spells of sunshine for southern France, although some cloud and rain in central areas. The north of France turning brighter as well with more sunny spells here. Dry with sunshine across the Low Countries, and a fair day through most of Germany, although some cloud and rain in the south. More cloud and some rain in southern Poland, although fair in the north.
Low pressure brings unsettled weather across Greece with cloud and rain here, some of it heavy. Fair for most of Turkey with sunny spells. Bulgaria and Romania should be dry with sunny spells.
Cloud, sleet and snow sweep into the Baltic States and Finland, some of it heavy at times. A windy day across the southern half of Norway with snow showers here. Breezy with some wintry showers in Denmark, whilst most of Norway should be dry with sunny spells.
