More heavy snow for eastern Europe
Today
A dry but mild and cloudy day across Britain today. Some rain to come across Belgium, Holland and western parts of Germany and southern France. There is a risk of freezing rain today across Denmark for a time as outbreaks of snow spread up into Norway and Sweden. A dry but cold and cloudy day across Finland. Snow is forecast for Russia into The Ukraine, across Romania into Bulgaria. More rain is forecast across Greece with a few showers for western parts of Turkey. Heavy snow is expected across Serbia, Bosnia and Albania but fair and dry across Poland, Croatia, Slovenia and Hungry and Austria. Mainly fair and dry across Italy but some rain and snow is possible the far south. Lots of fine sunshine to come across Portugal, Spain into the Balearics.

A cloudy day across England with some light rain. Fair and dry today across northern parts of France while light rain is expected in the south and across into Belgium, Holland and Denmark. Fair and dry across Germany and western Poland while more snow is expected across eastern Poland into The Ukraine, Romania, Serbia, Bosnia, Bulgaria and Albania. Further rain is also likely across Greece and Turkey. A dry day today across Croatia, Slovenia and Italy with some sunshine. Lots of fine sunshine today across Portugal and Spain. One or two showers today around the Balearics but sunny across Switzerland, Austria and Hungry. Mainly dry across Norway with freezing rain, sleet and snow across Sweden and snow moving in later across western Finland. Dry and very cold across the Baltic States and Russia.
