Today
An area of rain moves into England and this extends down into the far west of France and across Spain and Portugal. Mainly dry across the Balearics. Much of France looks dry today with sunnier spells and dry as well across Belgium, Holland and Denmark. A cloudy day for Germany with some light rain about. Some snow to come across parts of Norway and Sweden but this dies out during the afternoon. More heavy snow is forecast for Finland and Russia today with sub zero temperatures. Cloudy, cold but dry today across Poland, The Baltic States and the Ukraine. Dry and sunnier for Romania, Hungry, the former Yugoslavia, Bulgaria, Greece and Turkey. Showers are forecast for northern Italy with the south dry. A few snow showers will be over the Alps.
Tuesday
Cloudy with rain expected across England today. A dry, mostly sunny day to come across France, Belgium, Holland and much of Germany and southern Poland. Some rain may affect Denmark with rain across northern Poland. Outbreaks of snow are forecast across the Baltic States, Belarus and Russia. A cold, but dry and sunny day across Norway, Sweden and Finland today. Mainly dry across Portugal but further rain and heavy showers will affect Spain, the Balearics across into northern Italy, the former Yugoslavia and Hungry. Fine and dry with sunny spells for Romania, The Ukraine, Bulgaria, Greece and Turkey. Heavy snow is expected over the Alps.
