Rain for eastern Spain
Today
Fair and dry across England across the channel into the Low Countries and Denmark. Dry with lots of sunshine across France today and this extends across into Germany and Poland. Heavy snow showers will affect western parts of Norway with some sleety rain across the rest of Norway with light rain into Sweden and Finland. This rain will stretch down across the Baltic States across western Russia into Belarus and western Ukraine with snow for eastern Russia. Fair and dry today across Switzerland, Austria, and Hungry with a few showers across the former Yugoslavia, Bulgaria and Greece. Colder today across Turkey with sunny spells and some wintry showers. A few scattered showers too across eastern parts of Spain and the far south of Italy. Fine and dry for much of Portugal, Spain and Italy.
Wednesday
High pressure is expected to keep it settled and dry with sunny spells for England, France, Belgium, Holland, Denmark and Germany. Cloudier across Poland with some light rain and this extends across into the Ukraine. Dry and chilly across Hungry, the former Yugoslavia, Romania into Bulgaria, Greece and Turkey. Fine and dry across Portugal and western Spain while rain is forecast for eastern Spain with showers around the Balearics. Dry and sunny weather will prevail across Italy, Switzerland and Austria today. Northern parts of Norway, Finland and Sweden will have outbreaks of heavy snow, dry and sunnier in the south. Snow is also expected across Russia but dry across the Baltic States and Belarus.
