<b>Winter continues across Scandinavia, Russia</b> <br><br> <b>Today</b><br> Fair and dry across England today. Mostly sunny and dry across France, the Low Countries across into Germany, Switzerland and Austria. Colder across Scandinavia today with snow showers for northern parts of Norway and Sweden, dry and sunny in the south. Some rain to come for Denmark with a dry, sunny day across Finland. Heavy snow showers will affect The Baltic States and Russia today while rain falls cross Poland. Rain, sleet and snow showers are forecast across Belarus and the Ukraine. Lots of dry, sunny weather to come across the former Yugoslavia, Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, Turkey and across into Italy. Scattered showers are expected across Portugal and western Spain, fair and dry across eastern Spain into the Balearics, Corsica and Sardinia.

<b>Saturday</b><br> A number of showers are expected across Portugal today with much of Spain dry with sunny spells and warmer in the south. Lots of sunshine to come across the Balearics into Italy and France. Mainly dry across England, Belgium and Holland into northern Germany with varying cloud and sunny spells but showers are expected across southern Germany. Colder with snow showers across Poland, The Baltic States and western Norway. Sunny and dry for eastern Norway, Denmark and much of Sweden while an area of snow falls across Finland, Russia and the Ukraine. A number of showers to come across Hungry and Austria. Lots of fine, dry weather continues across the former Yugoslavia, Bulgaria, Romania, Greece and Turkey with sunny spells.
