Wet across northern Europe, fair to the south
Monday
More showery rain affecting the west of Portugal on Monday. Heavy and thundery showers affecting central and eastern Spain. Torrential thundery showers affecting much of France. Cloud and rain through the Low Countries and northern Germany as well as northern Poland.
Switzerland and Austria will be prone to the thundery showers too, as will Hungary. Italy should be fair with lots of sunshine, and this sunshine extends into Italy, Greece and Turkey.
Heavy rain through the Baltic States and the south of Sweden . Some showers across western Norway with a few showers for eastern Sweden. The Baltic States and Finland will have showery bursts of rain.
Tuesday
Further heavy and thundery showers affect Spain and Portugal through Tuesday. For southern France and Italy the day is going to be fine with more sunshine. There will be lots of sunshine to come across Greece and Turkey too, and it should be hot here.
Heavy and thundery rain affecting the north and west of France, and there could be more heavy rain through the Low Countries and northern parts of Germany. Poland has cloud and some rain to the north, but sunny spells to the south. Austria and Switzerland could see an odd thundery shower.
High pressure building through Sweden and Norway brings dry weather and lots of sunshine. Some showers for northern Sweden, and a mix of cloud and some showers across Switzerland.
