Today
Windy across northern parts of Europe today. Dry across England today and with high pressure in eastern Europe, it looks fine and dry across much of mainland Europe. Dry with sunny spells across England into the Low Counties, France into Poland with sunny spells. Sunny spells to into Belarus, The Ukraine, Romania and Hungry. Some rain across the Baltic States into Russia. Rain and showers are expected across the former Yugoslavia with a few sharp showers across Bulgaria, Greece and eastern parts of Italy. Mainly dry across western Italy and across all of Turkey. Windy across western parts of Iberia today with rain coming into Portugal with a few showers across Spain into the Balearics. Cold across Norway with a risk of some freezing rain in the west. Dry in the east and across into Sweden and into Finland with sunny spells.

Heavy rain with gales comes into England into western France with a very wet and windy day across Portugal and Spain. Quite chilly across Spain today. Heavy showers are forecast across the Balearics into the far south of France and around Sicily. Most of France looks dry and it will be a dry day with sunny spells into Belgium, Holland, Denmark, all of Germany, across the Alps into Switzerland and Austria. Heavy showers are expected across Hungry, the former Yugoslavia into Bulgaria, Greece and from the far south of Italy into Libya. Rather cloudy but mainly dry across Turkey with lots of sunshine for Romania into the Ukraine, the Baltic States and Russia. Rather cold but a dry day across all of Scandinavia with sunny skies.
