Hottest across Iberia, Southern Russia

Today
Today the hottest weather will be found across southern parts of Portugal and Spain and also across the Ukraine and southern parts of Russia. A warm day with sunny spells across England, most of France, Belgium and Holland. Outbreaks of heavy rain and showers are forecast for Germany with heavy showers also across the Alps into northern parts of Italy, Austria, Poland and into the Adriatic Region. Some rain may edge into the far south of Sweden, but for much of Scandinavia it should be fair and dry with pleasantly warm temperatures across Finland. A few heavy showers are forecast for the Baltic States down through Belarus and across the Ukraine and into parts of Romania. Lots of fine, sunny and rather warm weather to come across Russia. Expect sunny spells and a few heavy showers to develop across parts of Turkey and Bulgaria. Fine and dry across Greece most of southern Italy. Generally a cloudy day across the Balearics with the risk of some light rain. Most of Spain and Portugal will be fine and sunny.

Monday
Monday sees temperatures rising across much of Europe as it becomes quite warm. Showers will affect England down through western parts of France and northern parts of Spain and Portugal and, some of these could turn heavy with isolated thunderstorms. Southern parts of Poland and Spain across to the Balearics should be fine and sunny. Most of eastern France should be dry today with sunny spells. A number showers are also in the forecast for Holland, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, the far north of Italy and Austria. Most of Italy today should be fair and dry. A better day to come across the Adriatic Region. Lots of warm sunshine to come just the odd shower cross Bulgaria. Eastern parts of Turkey could still see some heavy showers with western parts of Turkey along with Romania to the dry today with sunny spells. A cloudier day across Greece with the odd shower. Expect a day of sunny spells and showers across Poland and Belarus with heavier showers possible across the Baltic States, Finland, Sweden and Denmark. It Remains very warm, dry and sunny across most of Russia. Quite a windy day to come across the south of France.
