Tuesday
Most of Spain is dry during Tuesday, with warm sunshine, particularly in the south. Scattered thunderstorms may break out toward the east, and also for the Balearics in the afternoon. Patchy rain threatens the west coast of Portugal, but it will be warm. Thunderstorms are widespread across the Mediterranean, affecting Corsica, Sardinia, and southern parts of Italy including Sicily. Heavy thundery rain affects mainland Greece and also Crete. A few thunderstorms in Turkey. Plenty of dry weather for central mainland Europe. Feeling pleasantly mild in a southerly airflow in France with good amounts of sunshine. Risk of the odd shower in the south of France. Germany and the Low Countries are dry and mild with sunshine, although local fog may be slow to clear. Sunshine for Switzerland and Austria. Dry but fairly cool for Poland and the Czech Republic. Windy for Denmark, southern Sweden and Norway and the Baltic region. Heavy rain in western Norway. Patchy rain and drizzle for Sweden and Finland.

Wednesday
Warm and sunny for Spain and Portugal, although threat of scattered thunderstorms in southern Portugal. The Balearics are dry, but again thunderstorms are expected to be widespread across the central and eastern Mediterranean. Thundery in southern Italy, although drier in the north of Italy. Dry too for Switzerland and Austria with sunshine. Thundery and slow moving rain in Greece, Cyprus and Turkey. Most of France is dry and mild, although cloudy with risk of patchy rain in the north. Rain affects Belgium, the Netherlands and northern Germany. Eastern Europe is dry and fairly cool. Breezy and cool in Scandinavia, as a cold front spreads south into the Baltic. Frequent showers in northern and western Norway, turning to snow over the mountains. Sweden becomes dry after rain clears east. A band of rain also affects Finland.
