Rain clears southern England with most of Britain dry. High pressure will dominate much of mainland Europe and keep it largely settled and dry. These dry conditions will extend from Portugal and Spain across through into France, Germany and into Poland. Some patchy rain may affect western parts of the Low Countries. An area of heavy rain is forecast across Finland, into the Baltic States with rain also across Norway and Sweden into Denmark. We can expect a good deal of dry weather with sunny spells across the Adriatic Region and across the Balkans into the Ukraine and western Russia. Outbreaks of rain with snow showers will affect eastern parts of Turkey with western Turkey fair and dry. It looks fine and sunny across Italy today. Today the warmest temperatures will be across Iberia and across into Italy. Strong northerly winds will be blowing down through the Aegean Sea with a brisk easterly wind through the Straits of Gibraltar. Strong south westerly winds will affect Britain and eastward across towards the Baltic States.

Showers will affect the Low Countries, northern Germany and Denmark. Mainly dry across southern Germany. A showery day across Poland with rain forecast for western Russia, The Baltic States and Belarus. Cold with snow across parts of Finland while rain may be heavy across Sweden. Mainly dry across Norway today. Lots of fair, dry weather into come across the Ukraine, The Adriatic Region and the Balkans. Fine and sunny across Turkey and Italy. A fine, dry day is expected across Spain and Portugal across the Balearics into Sardinia.
