Rain and showers for western Europe

Today
Quite a chilly day to come across much of Europe. An area of rain will; stretch from Norway into France while heavy showers are expected across eastern Spain, the Balearics into Sardinia. Fair and dry across Portugal. A dry day with sunny spells across Belgium, Holland, Germany and Poland. A cloudy but dry day across Denmark and Sweden with rain forecast across Finland. Fine and dry across The Baltic States with rain across Belarus and northern Russia. A fair and dry day to come across the Adriatic Region and most of the Balkans. A few heavy showers to affect the Aegean Sea coasts and in the eastern Mediterranean. Most parts of Italy should be dry with the best of the sunshine across the south. Strong west winds will prevail through the Straits of Gibraltar.

Cold with rain and snow across Norway. Rain is expected from Sweden into Denmark, the Low Countries, western Germany into eastern France. A number of heavy showers are likely across the Balearics, Corsica and Sardinia with rain into northern Italy. Heavy rain may affect Switzerland. Fair and dry across southern Italy. A dry day to come from eastern Germany into Poland and Belarus. Some rain may affect the Baltic States while it looks cloudy but dry across Finland. Cold but dry with sunny spells across Russia and the Ukraine. Another settled and dry day with sunny spells across the Balkans, the Adriatic Region and Turkey. Sunny and dry across Spain. Rain will affect Portugal later in the day.
