Rain and showers for the Mediterranean, windy and rain to the far north, but dry in-between

Tuesday
Sub zero temperatures will extend from Germany eastward to Russia, Heavy snow to affect parts of Finland, northern Sweden and western Norway. Cold but dry across eastern Norway and southern Sweden.
A dry, cold day across the Baltic States with snow flurries across Russia. Outbreaks of snow are forecast for Hungary with rain and snow for Romania. Heavy rain is expected across the Adriatic Region into Bulgaria with heavy showers across Italy and Greece. Heavy showers and longer spells will affect the Balearics, Corsica and Sardinia. Largely dry but cloudy across Turkey today. Generally a cloudy day across France with some rain.
Rain to across England with a fair, dry day across the Low Counties, Germany, Denmark and Poland. A dry day to come across Portugal and Spain with sunny spells. It remains quite windy in the Mediterranean.

Wednesday
Cloud and some outbreaks of rain through Spain and a href="/Portugal.htm" TARGET="_new">Portugal today. There cou;d be some heavy rain in southern Spain with a few thunderstorms here. Scattered showers in the Balearics, but heavier and more persistent showers or rain for Italy. Mild in Greece and Turkey with good spells of sunshine here.
Mainly dry in France with some bright or sunny spells here, but feeling cool. Dry too in the Low Countries and a href="/Germany.htm" TARGET="_new">Germany with some sunny spells. Fair in Switzerland, Hungary and Austria too with sunny spells here, but feeling cool for most. Staying fair in Poland and for western Russia as well.
A fair day through the UK and Ireland as well as a href="/Denmark.htm" TARGET="_new">Denmark. Fair too in southern Sweden and the Baltic States and staying dry here. A windier day through Finland with cloud and some sleet here. Windy for the north of Sweden and Norway with more cloud and some rain and snow.
