Fine across Iberia, the Adriatic, Balkans

Today
Snow is forecast for western parts of Norway, northern Sweden the south of Finland and across the Baltic States into western parts of Russia. Dry across southern parts of Sweden today. Rain is expected from northern Britain eastward across the Low Countries into Germany, Poland, Belarus and The Ukraine. Across the Adriatic Region and the Balkans it will remain fair and dry. Fine and sunny across Greece, Turkey and Italy. The weather also remains set fair and dry with good sunny spells expected across Portugal, Spain and France. A very windy day with westerly gales across northern and eastern parts of Europe. A strong east wind will also prevail in the Straits of Gibraltar.

Tuesday
Strong west to south westerly winds will be blowing across northern and eastern parts of Europe and generally a bit milder. An area of rain is expected from Britain eastward across the Low Countries into northern parts of Germany, Poland, Belarus and The Ukraine. Heavy snow is forecast across Russia. Cold but dry across Finland, Sweden and most of Finland although heavy snow showers will run east into western Norway. High pressure will give a good deal of dry settled weather from Portugal into Spain, France, Italy, The Adriatic Region the Balkans into Greece and Turkey.
