Today
Windy with rain for northern Britain. An area of rain stretches from the Adriatic Region across into southern France and northern Spain. Light rain too to come across Italy. Fair and dry across northern parts of France and across central and southern Spain with showers across The Low Countries. Snow and snow showers are forecast across Germany, The Czech Republic and Austria. Bitterly cold across Scandinavia with outbreaks of heavy snow. Heavy snow is also expected to fall across the Baltic States and Russia. A dry day is expected across much of the Balkans into Greece with rain across parts of Romania. Strong winds will affect the central Mediterranean with north west gales across southern France. Westerly gales will also affect the North Sea with strong south west winds across northern and eastern parts of Europe.

Wet and windy across Britain with rain extending across the far north of France, The Low Countries into Germany and Poland with snow for eastern parts of Poland. Much of France should be fine and dry. Outbreaks of snow to come across Norway and Sweden with Finland dry. Outbreaks of snow are expected to persist across Russia, The Baltic States into Belarus, the Ukraine and Romania. A dry day with sunnier spells across the Adriatic Region and Austria. Heavy showers will affect Greece and the eastern Mediterranean with rain and snow across western Turkey. Dry across eastern parts of Turkey. A better day to come across Italy with sunny spells. Fine as well across the Balearics into Spain and Portugal with good sunny spells.
