Cold but mainly a dry day to come across Britain. An area of rain will lie from Holland across Belgium through the north of Poland into Spain and Portugal with snow across eastern Spain. Dry and sunnier across central and southern parts of France into Germany and northern Poland. Cold with snow expected across Russia with rain and snow expected for southern Poland and Belarus. Rain is forecast across the Ukraine, Hungary and the Adriatic Region. Some light rain to come across Greece but dry for Romania, Bulgaria and Turkey. Heavy rain is forecast across Scilly and the southern half of Italy, dry in the north. A cold day across Scandinavia. Dry across Norway with snow flurries across Sweden and heavier snow for Finland.

Outbreaks of snow are likely across Norway, Sweden, Denmark into the Low Countries, western parts of Germany and Switzerland with heavy rain across southern France into eastern Spain and the Balearics. Fair and dry across eastern Germany into Poland, The Baltic States and Belarus. Rain across France changes to snow later in the day. Mainly dry across Britain. The rest of Spain and Portugal will be dry. Outbreaks of snow to come across Russia today. Generally a cloudy day across the Adriatic Region, Italy and the Balkans with some patchy rain in places. Another dry day is expected across Turkey.
