Today
Cloudy with some rain and drizzle across parts of Britain today. Very cold across Scandinavia and eastern Europe. Outbreaks of snow are likely across parts of Russia, Finland, the Baltic States, Poland, Belarus, the Ukraine and into Hungary, The Czech Republic, Austria and the Adriatic Region. Snow too is forecast for southern parts of Italy with the north dry. Rain is forecast across Romania and Bulgaria with much of Turkey and Greece dry. Lots of heavy showers to come today across the Mediterranean and very windy as well. A dry day to come across France, Spain and Portugal. Snow is expected across Norway but dry across Sweden and Denmark. Some light rain will affect Holland and Belgium.

An area of heavy rain across England clears and spreads into Denmark, Holland, Germany, Belgium and northern France with rain and snow into Sweden. Dry across the south of France. Further snow is expected to fall across southern parts of Italy today with rain across Greece. More heavy showers to come across the Mediterranean today. It continues dry across Turkey and a dry day for Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, the Czech Republic, the Adriatic Region, The Baltic States and Poland. Outbreaks of snow are likely across Russia and Finland. It continues windy in the central Mediterranean and across southern parts of France. Maximum daytime temperatures will be below freezing from east of Poland into Russia and across Finland.
