Unsettled for much of Europe, rain in central and eastern Mediterranean

Tuesday
Cold and windy with a few showers across Britain today. Lots of showers to come across France, Belgium and Holland today. Snow is expected across parts of Norway, Sweden and Denmark with heavy snow forecast across Finland.
Outbreaks of rain to come across the Baltic States, Belarus, Austria, The Czech Republic and across The Adriatic Region and The Balkans. Another wet day to come across Italy with heavy spells of rain.
Very windy throughout the Mediterranean with frequent, heavy showers and longer spells of rain. Strong gales to affect southern France. Western parts of Turkey will see spells of heavy rain with the east dry except for a few snow flurries. Fair and dry across Poland and much of Germany. Showers may affect Portugal with much of Spain dry.

Wednesday
A fair day for much of Portugal and southern Spain. There will be cloud and rain in northern Spain, showers affecting eastern areas. Further showers in the Balearics. Low pressure brings cloud and rain over Italy. Heavy showers for Greece. Rain and showers in Turkey.
Cloud and rain in France, heaviest in the west. Scattered showers in the Low Countries. Dry for Germany and Poland. Hungary and Austria as well as Switzerland will be mostly dry with sunny spells.
Fair across Denmark with sunny spells here. Broken cloud in the Baltic States, but some sleet and snow showers for Finland. Brighter in Sweden with a few showers. Further snow showers affecting Norway where some of them will be heavy at times.
