Dry for much of Europe, snow in Turkey
Tuesday
More settled today across Europe. It looks to be dry across Portugal, Spain, France, Britain and into The Low Countries. Cloudy across Germany with some patchy rain. Snow across the Adriatic Region and Austria tends to fade during the day.
Much of Greece and Bulgaria will be dry today while heavy falls of snow are forecast across most of Turkey. Dry and mostly sunny across Italy. Some light snow to affect Romania and northern Russia. Dry across the Ukraine today.
Rain and sleet is expected across the Baltic States. For Norway, Sweden and Finland it should be cold but dry with sunny spells. Heavy showers and strong winds will affect the eastern Mediterranean.
Wednesday
Some heavy showers over Portugal and the west and south of Spain today. Drier north and east of Spain with sunny spells. Staying dry in the western Mediterranean and Italy as well as Greece. A cold day in Turkey with a risk of some snow here.
Dry and mild in France once morning fog has cleared. Staying dry across the Low Countries and Germany but some mist and fog here. Dry in Poland and Switzerland as well as Austria and Hungary.
Dry too in Dennmark with sunny spells here. Remaining dry through the Baltic States, but some cloud and outbreaks of drizzle in Finland. Dry again in southern Norway and Sweden, but cloud and some rain in the north.
