Staying warm in the south and mostly dry, some patchy rain to the north


Wednesday
A fine day in Spain and Portugal with good spells of sunshine. The sunshine extending through the Balearics too. Just a few showers in the far south of Italy, but dry and very warm overall. Scattered showers for Greece and Turkey but overall it will be dry.
A fair day in France and the Low Countries with more sunny spells. Staying fair for Germany and most of Poland, although some cloud in the north and east with an odd shower here. Austria, Hungary and Switzerland should be dry with sunny spells and some good sunny spells.
Sunny spells across Denmark and dry. Scattered thundery showers in the Baltic States and Finland. Mostly fair across Sweden. Probably stay largely fair across Norway too.

Thursday
Another fair day across Spain and Portugal with lots of sunshine. Staying fine through the Balearics and into Italy, although some thunderstorms forming across Greece and Turkey.
A few thundery showers may develop in central France, but for most of the country the day should be fine with lots of sunshine. Broken cloud in the Low Countries and Germany, although some brightness here as well. Dry with good spells of sunshine for Poland, these extending into Hungary and Austria. Just a few showers affecting Switzerland.
Cloud and some rain in Denmark and western Norway, but lots of sunshine in Sweden and the north of Norway too. Heavy showers affecting the baltic States and Finland, some of them thundery.
