Dry and warm in Scandinavia

Warm sunshine for Spain and Portugal, temperatures around 33C in the south, and 25C in the north. Hot across south-eastern Europe, with scattered thunderstorms inland for Italy and Greece. Temperatures into the mid or high 30s Celsius. Unsettled across France, the Low Countries, western Germany and Switzerland, with areas of heavy rain and thunderstorms. Windy and cool on the Biscay coast and western France. Hot and dry for eastern Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic and Hungary. Breezy for southern Scandinavia, but feeling very warm and humid. Rain may approach Denmark late in the day, but it is likely to stay dry for Norway, Sweden and Finland, with high pressure centred over the Baltic Sea.

Dry and very warm in southern Spain & Portugal. Scattered thundery showers in the east of Spain, cooler in the north. Warm across the central and eastern Mediterranean, and there will be plenty of sunshine, although also scattered thundery showers for southern Italy and Greece. The Alpine region is expected to see frequent rain and thunder, also affecting much of northern Italy. Feeling fresh with a good deal of sunshine for France. Cloudy with locally heavy bursts of rain for Germany and Denmark. Hot and dry for Poland and Hungary, where temperatures will reach the mid-30s Celsius. Warm in Sweden. Some rain may affect southern Norway and Sweden, but northern Scandinavia and the Baltic states will be largely dry and sunny.
