Cloud and heavy showers or rain in the Mediterranean, fair in central Europe


Wednesday
Cloud and showery bursts of rain in the far south of Portugal and Spain. Mostly fair across central and northern areas with good spells of sunshine here. Unsettled with heavy rain for southern Italy and Sicily. Heavy showers or longer spells of rain in Greece, with heavy showers in Turkey.
Some patchy rain in the far north of France, but mostly fair in central and southern areas. Cloud and rain in the Low Countries and western Germany. Dry in the east and south of Germany and western Poland, but some heavy showers in the east. A scattering of showers in Austria, Hungary and Switzerland.
Wind and rain in Norway. Mostly fair for Denmark with sunny spells. Fair across much of Sweden with the breeze increasing. Mostly dry in the Baltic States but some showers or outbreaks of rain in Finland.

Thursday
Dry with sunny spells over much of Spain and Portugal. Scattered showers in the Balearics. Low pressure across southern Italy brings heavy rain here. Further heavy rain in Greece and Turkey.
Some cloud and a few spots of rai in northern France, but dry overall with sunny spells. Scattered showers in the Low Countries, with some cloud and rain passing through Germany. Poland should be dry with sunny spells. Further dry weather and some sunny spells in Hungary, Austria and Switzerland.
Showers rain and cloud in Denmark. Breezy and dry for the Baltic States, although strong winds and rain in Finland. Further cloud and rain across Sweden. More rain and some wind in Norway.
