A cold day across northern parts and eastern parts of Europe with the warmest temperatures across southern Spain and Turkey. Unsettled across Portugal with frequent, heavy showers and longer spells of rain. High pressure will give a good deal of fine, dry weather with sunny spells from France across The Low Countries, into England, Germany and Poland. A dry day to come across northern Italy. Windy with heavy rain forecast for southern Italy, The Adriatic Region and much of the Balkans. Heavy showers with thunder may affect Greece and western parts of Turkey. A dry day across eastern Turkey, The Ukraine, western Russia, The Baltic States and Finland. A dry albeit rather cloudy day is expected across Sweden, Norway and Denmark.

Further heavy showers are forecast for Portugal and Spain but drier across eastern parts of Spain. Rain may affect the far south of France and northern Germany with the south dry. Most of France, Britain, Belgium, Holland, Germany, The Czech Republic and Austria will be dry with sunny spells. Rain and snow is forecast across Poland with heavy rain across western parts of the Ukraine into Romania. Dry across Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland with a few coastal showers. A dry, cold day across The Baltic Region and western Russia with sunny spells. Fair and dry across the Adriatic and Greece with a number of showers across Turkey.
