Fair in the Mediterranean with plenty of sunshine, wetter and cloudier north


Friday
Dry with sunny spells across Spain and Portugal in Friday. Fair for the Balearics with more sunshine to come here. Heavy showers in the far south of Italy, but mostly fine in central and northern Italy although with morning fog. A dry day with sunshine in Greece and through Turkey too.
Some fog in southern France, this clearing to leave dry weather with sunny spells. Cloud and rain in northern France later and this reaching the Low Countries too. Mostly dry in Germany with sunny spells, but some rain in northern Poland. The risk of early fog in Austria, Hungary and Switzerland but this clearing to leave sunny spells.
Cloud and some rain in Norway and Denmark. Fair for the Baltic States with more sunshine here. Scattered showers in Finland, but mostly fair for Sweden with more sunshine here.

Saturday
Fair for Spain and Portugal on Saturday. Remaining dry and sunny in the Balearics too, with further sunshine for Italy. Fine across Greece and Turkey with warm sunshine here.
Cloud and some showery rain in northwest France. Generally though France, as well as Switzerland and Austria together with Hungary and southern germany could start the day foggy, although becoming brighter with sunny spells. Cloud and rain in the Low Countries and northern Germany, most of it light. Cloud and some more persistent rain across Poland.
A fair day in Denmark, although cloud and rain later in the day. Cloudy and breezy for the Baltic States and Finland with periods of rain. Becoming brighter over Sweden with sunny spells. heavy showers in western parts of Norway and windy here as well.
