Fair central and southern Europe with lots of sunshine, rain and wind to north


Tuesday
Very warm across Spain and Portugal with highs in the mid 20's across the south. A fine day to come across France, southern Germany and Italy with sunny spells. Pleasantly warm too across Italy and the south of France. An area of rain extends from England across into
The Low Countries, Denmark, Sweden, northern Germany, Poland and becomes heavier into the Ukraine and southern Russia. Heavy snow is expected across northern Russia. Cloudy and cold but dry across the Baltic States and Finland. Snow showers to affect western parts of Norway with the east bright and dry.
The fine spell of dry, sunny weather is set to continue across The Balkans and the Adriatic Region. A fine sunny day is expected across the Mediterranean. Gales are forecast to continue across northern parts of Europe.

Wednesday
Fine for Wednesday across most of Spain and Portugal. Plenty of sunshine and dry weather in the Balearics, and staying dry with more sunshine in Italy too. A fair day to come across Greece and Turkey, again sunny here.
Morning mist and fog patches for France and southern Germany, with similar conditions for Switzerland, Austria and Hungary. This will be clearing to leave dry and bright weather with good spells of sunshine. Windier weather in northern France and the Low Countries as well as northern Germany, together with northern Poland.
Cloud and some spots of showery rain affecting Denmark. Fair in Sweden with sunny spells here. Cloud and rain as well as strong winds over the Baltic States, with some showers for Finland. Norway will be cloudy and wet with periods of rain, most of them to the west.
