Rain west and south, showers to the north
Wednesday
Cold and showery over northern Spain today, but drier and brighter to the south. There will be some cloud and showers in the Balearics too. More persistent rain and strong winds for southern Italy, with showery bursts of rain in western Greece. Turkey should be dry with sunny spells.
Cold and and rather cloudy in much of France. Showers or longer spells of rain here. Similar for the Low Countries where it will be feeling very cold in the northwest wind. Further cloud and rain in Germany, but drier to the east and through Poland. Probably mostly dry for Austria and Hungary although snow arrives in Switzerland later.
Cloud and showery bursts of rain in Denmark. Sunny spells and dry in the baltic States and Finland where it will be mild too. Some showery rain in Sweden, with colder weather and snow showers in Norway.
Thursday
Cloud and some drizzle on western coasts of Spain and Portugal, as well as northern hills of Spain. Brighter for southern Spain with good spells of sunshine here. A few showers in the east, some heavy, with strong winds and heavy showers or rain i the balearics. heavy rain across Italy and Corsica as well as Sardinia, gales too. Cloud and some patchy rain in western Greece, but fair in the east. Showery rain for western Greece, but dry and bright in the east.
Cloud and showery rain in western France, but dry and bright to the east. More sunshine to come in the Low Countries and Germany. Scattered showers for Poland, but fair in Hungary, Switzerland and Austria.
Fair in Denmark with good spells of sunshine here. Cloud and some rain in western Norway, dry in the east. Fair too for Finland with good spells of sunshine here. Rain and cloud affecting the Baltic States and Finland.
