Saturday
The last of the rain across eastern parts of Suffolk and Kent should soon clear then for England and Wales it's a fine, dry and sunny morning to come. Dry too for the eastern half of Scotland. But in the west expect a number of showers with one or two also along the northern coast of Northern Ireland. Little change into the afternoon wit a few showers around Irish Sea coasts and in western Scotland while the bulk of the United Kingdom is dry with long sunny spells. Colder than of late with maximums of 5 to 9C.
Saturday night
Cloudy and windier across Scotland this evening with some light rain and showers. This clears and moves into northern England in the night. For the remainder of England and Wales it's a fine, dry evening and night with clear spells. Lows at lows of 2 to 5C inland, 7 to 8C coasts.
Sunday
Just few widely scatted showers around western coasts this morning and this afternoon. Most places will be fair and dry with sunny spells and patchy cloud. Outbreaks of rain spread into Northern Ireland and much of western Britain through the evening. This clears Northern Ireland tonight but lingers across western Britain into the night, dry, albeit cloudy in the east. Highs at 4 to 6C north, 6 to 10C in south.
Monday
A fine, sunny day for Northern Ireland. Morning rain across all but East Anglia and south east England will clear away. Then for the bulk of the United Kingdom it's largely dry with some sunshine and some cloud. Cold tonight with a widespread frost developing inland away from a cloudier south east England. Highs at 4 to 9C.
Tuesday
With high pressure dominating all parts of the United Kingdom will be settled and dry with lots of sunshine but we could see some dense fog through central parts of England and this may be slow to clear. Perhaps more cloud in the south west. Overnight expect a widespread frost away from south west England. Highs at 5 to 10C.
