Monday
Windy across the United Kingdom again today but another mild day as well. Perhaps a dry, bright morning across Kent. But for the bulk of the country it's a cloudy morning with outbreaks of rain, this heaviest across north west Scotland. Continued cloudy into the afternoon with rain to come for most areas. This looks light and patchy across England and Wales, heavier in the north. The winds will once again be gusting to gale force in the north and west. Highs of 8 to 10C north to south.
Overnight
It becomes less windy and colder across Scotland with some evening, wintry showers then dry, clear and frosty overnight. Dry and frosty too for Northern Ireland. England and Wales stays milder and wet with spells of rain. Lows of 0 to -2C for Scotland and Northern Ireland, 8 to 11C across England and Wales.
Tuesday
A dry sunny morning across Scotland and Northern Ireland. Too the south it's wet with outbreaks of rain. In the afternoon the rain pushes into southern Scotland then as it moves into cold air across northern Scotland this evening, there is a risk of snow there. Most of the rain clears away in the night with snow showers across western Scotland and some patchy rain for south west England. Highs of 6 to 10C.
Wednesday
A cold, breezy day to come for Scotland, Northern Ireland and the north of England with a risk of some heavy snow showers. Wet with spells of locally heavy rain for the rest of England and Wales. This then spreads north into all of England into Northern Ireland with a risk of some snow across southern Scotland tonight. Highs of 2 to 4C in the north, 7 to 11C in the south.
