 <b>Saturday</b><br> Plenty of cloud around during the course of this morning. There will be some spots of light drizzle or rain in places, with Scotland and northern England particularly prone to this. To the south a few breaks in the cloud with some bright spells coming through. The afternoon sees little change with more cloud for many. There will be further outbreaks of light rain or drizzle across Scotland and northwest England as well as Northern Ireland; increasingly windy in Scotland too. To the south the breaks in the cloud may come through again, with some sunny spells coming through from time to time. Temperatures as high as 11C in the sunshine in the south, nearer 7 or 8C over northern Scotland.

 <b>Saturday night</b><br> Damp through northern areas during Saturday night, with strong winds across Scotland too. These stronger winds edging into northern England and reaching gale force at times. There will be some rain in the north too, most of it patchy and drizzle, although more persistent around north Scottish coasts. To the south winds will be lighter at first, although a breeze picking up later. It should be dry for many, although drizzle in northern England and north Wales may be a problem throughout. Lows near 2C in southern England, nearer 7C on the west coasts of Scotland.

 <b>Sunday</b><br> Cloud and periods of rain and drizzle affecting Scotland, northern and eastern England through the day. Most of the rain is only going to be light and patchy, with fog on the hills. Elsewhere plenty of cloud through all places with fog always a threat over high ground and western facing coasts. Highs will be at around 7 to 9C, although the cloud tending to hold the temperature down and make it feel cool.

 <b>Monday</b><br> High pressure building through Ireland on Monday. This will bring a fair day to most parts. An early frost over Wales, central and southwest England as well as Ireland, but then good spells of sunshine here through the day. Across Scotland, northern and eastern England there are likely to be more clouds, but these breaking during the day with some brighter spells coming through. Highs at 7 to 11C.
