Plenty of sunshine, dry Turning colder next week. seiten=4 abk=focus
Saturday
A dry and bright morning over most of the UK and Ireland. There will be some morning mist and fog patches around, although these should clear fairly quickly. For much of England, Wales and Ireland the morning is then going to be dry and sunny throughout. Little change here for the afternoon with all places dry and staying largely sunny. For Scotland there may be more cloud around at first. This should be breaking up, with the afternoon then seeing plenty of sunshine and staying dry too. Temperatures reaching a respectable 7 to 9C.
Saturday night
Skies will be clear for most this evening with temperatures falling quickly and a widespread frost forming. There could be some fog patches over central and northern parts of England and Wales. Later in the noght cloud will be increasing through Ireland and Scotland, as well as southwest England. Here the winds will be increasing too to become a brisk east to southeasterly. Temperatures could dip to -3 or -4C in the Midlands, no lower than 5C in the breezier parts of Cornwall.
Sunday
By Sunday morning rain will have spread to northwest Scotland and the far northwest of Ireland. It will be rather breezy across northern Scotland too, with the rain turning heavier here towards the afternoon and perhaps becoming wintry over the hills. Probably more in the way of cloud through England, Wales and the rest of Ireland than on Saturday. There may be some sunny spells, but the emphasis will be on a cooler day with increasing cloud. Highs at 6 to 8C.
Monday
By Monday morning conditions will have turned much colder over Scotland, northern England and most of Ireland. There will be wintry showers for northern and eastern coasts of Scotland and England some of these becoming heavy. For the rst of the UK and Ireland there will be cloudier conditions through the day and it is going to be feeling colder. Highs at 7C in the far south of England, but these falling, nearer 3C over parts of northern Scotland.
