Patchy rain in SW Mild, dry Sunday seiten=4 abk=focus

Saturday
Cloudy and misty with some patchy light rain this morning across the south west of England and occasional showers for the north west of Scotland. For the remainder of the United Kingdom it's a dry, bright morning with sunny intervals. In the afternoon we may see the rain pep up a bit across south west England. For the rest of Britain it should stay fair and dry with some good spells of sunshine though a lot of cloud may linger through central and northeast England. High temperatures of 8 to 12C.

Overnight
Clear and dry across Scotland and Northern Ireland. Mostly cloudy for England and Wales with any patchy rain in the south west dying out. Under clear skies, a frost will develop across Scotland, Northern Ireland and northern England overnight. Lows at -2 to 2C but up to 8C in southern England.

Sunday
Except for a few spots of early drizzle through the Midlands, it looks like a fine, dry morning across the United Kingdom with sunny spells and varying cloud. Fair and mainly dry for all parts into the afternoon with the best of the sunshine in the south east of England. Becoming windier in the west and through the evening and night we'll find rain spreading in across Northern Ireland and Scotland tonight. Highs at 7 to 11C.

Monday
Windy across western areas this morning with outbreaks of rain, cloudy but dry across eastern parts of England and Scotland. Perhaps staying dry across East Anglia and south east England this afternoon. Elsewhere it's rather wet and windy with spells of rain, this heavy across western areas where the winds will reach gale force. The rain lingers in the north and west into the evening then becomes confined to central parts of England and Scotland overnight. Highs at 7 to 11C.
