An onshore breeze may occasionally bring in some low cloud or fog to the North Sea coasts of England and Scotland during the day, perhaps with a few spots of drizzle too. Most places will have a dry morning with hazy sunshine once any early fog patches or low cloudiness clears. Later this morning some rain or showers will push into the south west of England. In the afternoon it becomes quite warm across England and Wales with showers and rain across the West Country spreading north into Wales. For the rest of the United Kingdom it's dry with hazy sunny intervals though more cloudy across southern England. Highs of 14 to 17C across Scotland and Northern Ireland, 19 to 22C for England and Wales but lower in any cloud along North Sea coasts.
Friday Night
Patchy rain and showers this evening across Wales and the south west of England will tend to fizzle out during the course of the night. Fair and dry with some evening sunshine across western Scotland and Northern Ireland. Elsewhere more cloud and some low cloud and fog to develop in the night. A mild night with lows of 6 to 11C.
Saturday
Rather cloudy and misty this morning across much of England, Wales and eastern Scotland with some patchy drizzle in the south west and around eastern coasts of England. Most of this should fade by the afternoon with more in the way of sunshine for many areas this afternoon. Even warmer this afternoon with a few widely scattered showers across Scotland, Wales and north east England. A dry evening and night with mist and low cloud filtering back in from the east. Highs of 19 to 24C across the country.
Sunday
Expect some patchy rain and drizzle in the west of Scotland this morning and this may pep up during the afternoon. A dry morning with mist and cloud thinning to sunny spells. Very warm for the afternoon and the high temperatures will spark off some showers across northern and western parts of England along with Wales. Still a few showers forWales into the evening and night with more general rain coming into Northern Ireland and Scotland in the night. Expect maximum temperatures of 18 to 20C for Scotland and Northern Ireland, 21 to 25C for England and Wales but cooler around coasts.
