Monday
Cloudy and misty across central and eastern parts of England this morning with a few spots of drizzly rain. To the north and west it's overcast and damp with outbreaks of rain, this heavier across Northern Ireland. In the afternoon it should be dry for East Anglia and the far south of England but elsewhere it's rather breezy with spells of rain. This will be on the heavy side for Wales, northern England, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Highs of 14 to 16C across Scotland and Northern Ireland, 15 to 20C for England and Wales.

Monday Night
A dry but cloudy evening and night for East Anglia and the south east of England while the rest of the United Kingdom is wet and rather windy with outbreaks of steady rain. A mild night to come with lows near 10 to 12C for most areas.

Tuesday
Cloudy but continued dry for south-eastern parts of England, East Anglia and parts of north east England this morning and this afternoon. Rain is expected for the rest of the United Kingdom this morning and here it will linger into the afternoon. This turns heavy across western Wales and up into the Irish Sea. This evening the heavy pulse of rain lingers across Wales and moves into Northern Ireland and Scotland and becomes confined to northern Scotland tonight. Highs at 15 to 19C but up to 22C in the south east.

Wednesday
Apart from some light rain in the north of Scotland it's a dry morning across the United Kingdom with some sunshine in the south east of England. It becomes warm across England and Wales and showers will develop in the afternoon, some may be heavy. Wet with spells of rain and showers this evening across England and Wales. While this moves into Scotland in the night, it turns dry across much of eastern England. Tops of 14 to 19C in the north, 19 to 24C in the south.
