A cloudy albeit dry morning to come for the south east of England and East Anglia. For the reminder of the United Kingdom it's overcast with sporadic outbreaks of light rain though it will be heavier across northern Scotland. A breezy morning too and in the north of Scotland the winds will hit gale force. If you're in that far south east corner of England you should stay dry through the afternoon. For most other areas expect outbreaks of rain with some moderate rain for Wales and the North Midlands. Later in the afternoon some heavy, blustery showers will replace the rain across western parts of Scotland and north west England. Highs of 11 to 14C across Scotland, Northern Ireland and northern England, 15 to 19C across Wales and southern England.

Breezy with an area of rain across Wales, The Midlands and southern parts of England this evening. Fair and dry for northern England, Northern Ireland and eastern parts of Scotland. Overnight it may remain dry across Lincolnshire and eastern counties of Yorkshire. For most places though expect outbreaks of rain. Lows of 5 to 14C north to south.
Monday
Still rather windy today and remaining unsettled. Much of the United Kingdom will have morning rain, this heaviest across Wales and central England though it looks like showers for western Scotland. Heavy showers are forecast for Northern Ireland and Scotland this afternoon with sporadic bits of light rain across Wales and England. Showers will affect northern parts of Britain tonight with the south mainly dry by then. Look for highs of 11 to 16C.
Tuesday
Mostly cloudy but a dry morning across the South Midlands, East Anglia and southern England. Elsewhere expect a number if showers though a spell of more persistent rain may move into the far south west of England. This moderate area of rain is currently forecast to move into Northern Ireland, southern Wales and the far south of England in the afternoon with showers for the rest of the country. Tonight eastern parts of England and Scotland will have some rain while the west is dry. Expect highs of 12 to 18C.
