Saturday Night
An area of rain across Scotland and Northern Ireland will spread into northern parts of England this evening with showers across the south tending to fade away. Overnight the light rain is expected to move into central England and Wales as it lingers across Scotland. Dry for Northern Ireland and southern England but misty with low cloud. Minimums of 10 to 12C.
Sunday
Continued unsettled and chilly across Britain today with low pressure remaining in charge. Lots of showers to come for England, Wales and Northern Ireland, these frequent and heavy interspersed with fleeting sunnier spells. The showers may merge into longer spells of rain across Scotland. A dry night to come in the far south of England but for most places it's cloudy and rain spreads south. Highs of 12 to 17C.
Monday
Quite a miserable day across much of Britain today. A cold, gusty northerly wind will be setting in with outbreaks of rain clearing Scotland by the afternoon but the rain lingers across England and Wales. A dry, bright day for Northern Ireland with the best of the sunshine. The rain becomes confined to the eastern coasts of England in the evening and night and here it will really feel cold with gale force northerly winds expected. Highs of just 10 to 15C.
