Saturday
Quite a dull start to the morning across much of England and Wales with patchy rain across northern England clearing away. Sunnier across south west England. Outbreaks of rain are expected across Scotland with showers for Northern Ireland. In the afternoon scattered showers are likely across Scotland, Northern Ireland, northern England and parts of Wales. To the south it's dry with varying cloud and a few sunnier spells. Expect maximums at 16 to 21C.

Saturday Night
Light rain and drizzle will move up into south west England this evening. The rest of Britain should be fair and dry. Overnight the rain in the south west becomes heavier as it moves into Wales and central and southern England. Continued dry to the north. Lows of 9 to 14C.

Sunday
Mostly sunny with just the odd shower this morning for Scotland and Northern Ireland. Overcast, wet and misty across England and Wales with spells of rain, this heavy in the west. Sunnier with a few sharp showers across Kent. The rain will be clearing form central and southern England this afternoon as it turns very warm wit an isolated shower. Outbreaks of heavy rain will affect northern England, Wales, southern Scotland and Northern Ireland. Tonight another area of rain perhaps thundery moves into south east England. Highs of 18 to 23C but up to 26C in the south east.

Monday
An area of heavy thundery rain may linger across the south east of England today with a band of heavy rain also persisting across northern Scotland and Northern Ireland. In between it looks mainly dry and sunnier in the morning before showers, some heavy, develop in the afternoon. A number of showers will linger into the evening and night, particularly in the west.
