Saturday
An overcast morning across northern Scotland and Shetland with some rain. Here it brightens up with showers for the afternoon. The rest of the United Kingdom will be fine and dry this morning with lots of welcome sunshine. It does cloud over in advance of the next rain across Northern Ireland and Cornwall. Through the course of the afternoon persistent rain then spreads into Northern Ireland, Wales, south west England and The Midlands. This will become heavy across Wales and parts of the south west. Far and dry across southern Scotland, northern England, East Anglia and the south east of England. Expect maximum temperatures of 14 to 18C in the north and 19 to 21C in the south.
Saturday Night
A wet, breezy evening to come for much of England and Wales and this may reach southern parts of Scotland overnight. The rain looks quite heavy through central parts of England. Mainly dry across Scotland expect for a few coastal showers. Lows of 10 to 14C.
Sunday
Residual rain and drizzle across south east England and eastern England will move away this morning. Scattered, light showers will develop across Northern Ireland, eastern England and Scotland with one or two across the south of England and Wales. Much of England and Wales though looks mostly sunny and dry. Any evening showers will fade this evening ahead of a dry, clear night. Top temperatures of 15 to 21C.

With high pressure over the country, most places look dry and sunny for the morning. More cloud is expected in the afternoon with just a few well scattered showers across north east England and eastern Scotland. A few evening with some late sunshine to then the day. Dry overnight but rain spreads into northern Scotland. Highs of 15 to 21C.
