For Scotland, northern England and Northern Ireland it's a cloudy evening and night with patchy light rain. Some drizzle may also feed into Wales. Fair and dry across the rest of England. Highs of 16 to 21C.
Saturday

For the rest of England and Wales it stays dry with the best of the sunshine in the south after early low cloud thins and breaks. More rain to come across Scotland and Northern Ireland tonight. Much warmer across the south with highs of 22 to 26C but 15 to 21C across Scotland and Northern Ireland.
