Friday
A very windy day to come across Northern Ireland and Scotland today. Outbreaks of rain will spread into Northern Ireland and Scotland this morning, becoming heavier across northern Scotland in the afternoon. For England and Wales it's a dry day with sunnier spells and occasional cloud. Some patchy drizzle may affect the western coasts of Wales and Irish Sea coasts. Warmer today with maximum temperatures of 16c in Dundee, 22C for Coventry and 24C in London.
Friday Night
Drizzly rain will affect northern parts of England and Wales and perhaps the West county tonight. Heavier rain is expected to affect Scotland and Northern Ireland and staying quite windy here. Very misty as well around western coasts and hills. For the remainder of England it stays dry. A very warm, muggy night with lows of just 13 to 17C.
Saturday
Most places will get off to a dull start with patchy drizzle across Wales, western and northern England and more persistent rain for Scotland and Northern Ireland. It soon brightens up across central and southern England. Here it's a very warm afternoon with sunny skies. It also turns sunnier to the east of the Pennines with rain persisting in the north. Highs of 16 to 20C for the north but a warmer 21 to 26C in the south.
Sunday
An area of light rain will lie from northern England into Wales with a few heavy showers for north west Scotland this morning. Fair, dry and sunnier across central and southern England. In the afternoon a few showers are possible across eastern England, Northern Ireland and western Scotland. Any showers will fade later this evening then most places will be dry overnight with patchy fog and low cloud. A hot day in the south with temperatures rising up to 28C but just 18 to 20C in the north.
