Friday
Scattered showers are forecast across western parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland and across Cumbria this morning and into the afternoon, interspersed with sunnier spells. For the rest of England along with Wales it's a dry day with sunny spells and some occasional cloud. It's also a warmer day across England and Wales with temperatures in a range of 20 to 24C with 16 to 19C for Northern Ireland and Scotland.

Friday Night
A fair amount of cloud across southern Scotland and northern England this evening with any showers having faded away. Dry in the south with some early evening sunshine. Later in the night light rain edges into Northern Ireland with the rest of Britain dry with clear spells. Lows of 9 to 12C.

Saturday
A wet morning for Northern Ireland, Scotland and north west England. This rain clears to a few sharp showers across northern England by the afternoon. The rain looks heaviest across northern Scotland. Central and southern parts of England will stay mainly and warm with the best of the sunshine. Overnight the rain lingers across northern England, North Wales and Scotland. Highs reaching 23 to 25C but 15 to 17C in the wetter north.

Sunday
Fair and dry in the far south of England this morning with showers expected across the remainder of the United Kingdom. In the afternoon it's mainly dry and sunnier across central and southern England Elsewhere expect lots of showers, some heavy and some sunshine too. This evening and tonight the showers become confined to western coasts and before morning some rain may reach Cornwall. Highs of 17 to 24C north to south.
