Saturday
A fine morning for most of England, Wales and Ireland. There may be some morning mist patches at first, but these will be clearing away quickly and then all of these areas will be having plenty of sunshine. The afternoon sees cloud increasing through northern England and central Ireland bringing a few spots of rain over high ground. For the rest of England, Wales and southern Ireland the afternoon stays dry and warm with more sunshine to come. Over Northern Ireland and much of Scotland there will be a front moving southwards, and this could bring some light rain with it. Brighter spells in northern Scotland at first. The afternoon sees more patchy rain over Northern Ireland. The weather becoming drier in the far south of Scotland, although at the same time more rain returns to the far northwest. For most of Scotland there will be variable cloud and a few sunny spells and dry weather. Temperatures at 26C in London, 16C in northwest Scotland.

Saturday night
The band of cloud drifts into southern Ireland, through Wales and central parts of England overnight. Spots of rain on the high ground together with some fog shrouding the hills. Clearer spells over southern England throughout the night, and dry here too. For northern England and central and Northern Ireland there will be clear spells and dry weather. Dry too over southern Scotland, but cloudier with some outbreaks of rain in the north and west. Temperatures at 10C in central Scotland, 14C in southern England.

Sunday
Any further cloud breaks through Wales and central England on Sunday morning. The day then looks set to be fine and dry with plenty of sunshine over much of Ireland, Wales and southern England. Cloud increasing in northern England through the course of the day, but staying dry here with more sunny spells. In Scotland the south and most of the east should stay dry with some sunny spells, but the cloud increasing through the day. Over northern and western Scotland outbreaks of rain will occur throughout much of the day. Highs at 25C in southern England, 15C in northern Scotland.

Monday
A hint of a band of showers or rain spreading through Scotland and into northeast England through today. For most other areas the day should be dry. The best of the sunshine in the Midlands and Wales, as well as southern Ireland. Cloud and rain could drift into the far northwest of Ireland. Becoming cooler in all places with temperatures at 22C in southern England, 12C in northern England.
