Saturday
Continued windy and unsettled across much of the United kingdom for today. The far south of England looks dry but rather cloudy this morning. The remainder of the United Kingdom will be cloudy with sporadic outbreaks of rain throughout the course of the day. This will be light except for heavier bursts across Scotland and the north east of England. Little change is expected into the afternoon. Temperatures will be near normal with highs of 9 to 13C for most areas.
Saturday Night
Still quite windy this evening and tonight as a front continues to bring further spells of rain and drizzle to most areas. Again some heavier bursts will affect northern parts of Scotland with a mainly dry night for Cornwall and the south east of England. A mild night under all that cloud and with the strong winds. Expect lows of 8 to 11C.
Sunday
As the rain clears Scotland this morning it turns colder with sunny spells and a risk of snow showers over the mountains for the afternoon. Cloudy and breezy for England and Wales with outbreaks of light rain which clears from northern England by the afternoon. Turning dry for Northern Ireland too. As skies clear this evening expect a dry, clear and cold night with a widespread frost likely. A few rain showers may also affect North Sea coasts. Expect top temperatures of 7 to 9C for Scotland and 10 to 13C for England and Wales.
Monday
Breezy near North Sea coasts with still a few showers. For the rest of the United Kingdom high pressure is going to give all pats a dry day. It will be a cold, frosty morning otherwise plenty of bright, crisp, wintry sunshine will be on offer for most areas. Rain, possibly freezing for a time will spread into Scotland tonight with England and Wales dry and clear with a risk of another frost. Maximum temperatures of just 6 to 9C.
