Saturday
A breezy morning with central and eastern parts of Scotland and England fine and dry with good sunny spells. Outbreaks of rain will spread across Northern Ireland into western Scotland, England and Wales. In the afternoon it stays dry across Sussex and Kent but for the bulk of Britain it's a very wet and windy afternoon. The rain will be heavy in the north and west with gales around western coasts. Look for highs of 6 to 9C in the north and 10 to 12C for the south.

Saturday Night
It remains windy this evening East Anglia and the south east of England cloudy but dry. A spell of very heavy rain is forecast to linger across Wales, south west and northern England into the evening which clears away late in the night. Rain also expected for the rest of the United Kingdom and will linger across north east England overnight while clear spells and showers will develop in the west. Expect lows at 1 to 3C for Scotland and 5 to 9C across England and Wales.

Sunday
A lot of dry weather about this morning but there will be a number of showers, these mainly in the north and west this morning. In the afternoon these tend to become heavy across Wales and north west England with eastern parts of England and Scotland mainly dry with the best of the sunshine. Showers will linger around western coasts into the evening and night. With clear spells developing, there is a risk of frost tonight. Highs today of 8 to 13C.

Monday
Most places will be fine and dry this morning with morning fog patches to get rid of. A few showers will develop across parts of the Midlands and Wales. In the afternoon more of these showers will form across much of England and Wales. Dry across Northern Ireland and Scotland with sunny spells though more cloud spreads into Northern Ireland later. Outbreaks of steady and heavy rain move into Northern Ireland in the evening then to all but the south east of England during the course of the night. Highs today of 6 to 10C in the north, 10 to 15C in the south.
