Tuesday
Some lightish rain will move into Wales this morning. For most of Britain the morning starts dry, sunny and frosty but scattered showers will develop across northern England, the North Midlands and parts of Northern Ireland. Showers will develop more widely in the afternoon and these will be heaviest across northern parts of England. Generally it looks dry across Kent and Sussex and Northern Ireland with sunny spells. Expect highs of 6 to 10C in the north, 10 to 13C in the south.
Tuesday Night
Most of the showers across inland areas will become dry with any showers tending to become confined to western coasts of Scotland, England and Wales. Overnight the odd shower will persist around the western coasts of Britain tonight with a sharp frost and patchy fog by morning. Lows down to 0 to -4C.
Wednesday
Again most areas will be dry and sunny this morning with a frost. Scattered showers will crop up across eastern and northern parts of England with the rest of the country fine and dry. A few light showers are forecast for northern England, north east England and East Anglia. For the remainder of the United Kingdom it's to stay dry and mostly sunny. It becomes breezy across the West Country tonight. Elsewhere it's dry and cold with a widespread frost. Highs of 9 to 13C.
Thursday
Increasingly windy across Britain. Most places will have a dry morning and afternoon though more cloud is likely in the afternoon and this will produce some rain across Cornwall and Devon. Continued windy this evening with rain across the West Country and this spreads into southern parts of England overnight. Another area of light rain will affect Scotland and parts of north east England. Highs of 6 to 11C.
